Soline is a village and tourist place located on the northern side of island Dugi Otok (Long Island), developed around a beautiful bay Solišćica.
Soline is a very quiet area on crystalline sea, characterized by the scents of unspoiled nature.

The village has a mini-market, coffee bar, pier to dock small boats, and bus stop. Numerous restaurants are on nearby villages, only 5 minutes away by car.
The village is 15 minutes from Brbinj (by car or bus), which is where the ferry arrives from the city of Zadar.

Near the Soline there are several beaches suitable for swimming, and one of the most famous beaches are beach in bay Soliscica and beach Sakarun

Beach Saharun (or Sakarun) is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast, located only about 10 minutes stroll from the center of Soline, which is also the nearest village on the island to this beach
Beach Saharun is a sandy cove of 400 m, where depth of the sea not exceeds more than 1m - 1.5 m and in the sea is unusual golden sand. On the beach there is a bar for daily refreshments
